Dear Friends of Uniquely Yours Quilt Shop: WELCOME to Spring! The world has come full circle. Life is springing anew in the flowers peeping from the ground, the trees bursting with buds, and the birds arriving in the early morning with their song. I hope you will take just five minutes to appreciate these happenings, and feel the beauty of spring. I have noticed that the older I get the faster time flies, so taking five minutes out of my day to appreciate these moments helps to slow life down, try it, it might help your day go a little bit smoother. Although there is hardship and problems with all of us at times, we are given an opportunity to start anew in spring. We’re given the opportunity to share a part of ourselves with someone who may need a smile, a pleasant hello or a friendly hand that says I care, and life is new again. I hope you will share your time and talent with someone in some small way, I promise it will come back to you also. Our teachers give themselves freely here at Uniquely Yours quilt shop, they share a common bond with you, in that if your eager to learn they are eager to teach you all they know. I hope you will consider taking a class with us if you haven’t already. We have some pretty classes this spring that will tease your brain, tempt your palette, and bring spring into your life! If you’re a beginner we have new tools and techniques to teach you to make those triangles easier. The classes offered go from beginner to advanced. Triangles made easy with Thangles, new paper piecing ideas, Trapunto, Stained Glass, and weaving with fabric, and photo transfer. These are just a few of the things you will learn, because there are always surprises here at Uniquely Yours!
